Photography by Alaskan artist Shane Lamb. Beautiful auroras, frost on the trees, reflections in the water, all lit by moonlight, I felt as though I had witnessed one of heaven’s romantic moments. This panorama was made by shooting 10 shots in rapid succession to create one super-detailed scene. I was in the middle of this process when I started noticing the rare red auroras on my camera’s viewfinder, even though I couldn’t see them with my naked eye. The timing couldn't have been more perfect.
